The award "RECOGNITION-2017" awards professionals of the real estate market: developers, realtors, representatives of the banking sector, appraisal and insurance companies – in total about 20 nominations. Professionalism, business success, promote civilized development of the market and the social importance of the company's work are evaluated. The winners are determined by a jury consisting of independent experts - government officials and Tatarstan real estate market business community.
The organizer of the award is the Publishing House "Kazan Real Estate", which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. The purpose of the prize, as pointed by its organizers, is the development of the civilized domestic real estate market; the promotion of professionalism and the increase of trust to companies operating in real estate.
