Assessment

    Assessment Department of Audex specializes in providing a wide range of services including monetary evaluation of property and business. Assessment can be conducted as a part of multiple procedures (such as transfers of enterprises or privatization), requiring assessment of property complex or separate real property.

Why Audex?

• Self-regulating organizations membership.
  In accordance with the current legislation any legal entity that realizes assessment is obliged to have not less than two staff representatives with a membership in one of the self-regulating organizations of appraisers and with professional responsibility ensured. Audex is a member of the non-commercial organization ‘Russian Society of Appraisers Partnership’ and its staff are members of the self-regulating organization ‘Russian Society of Appraisers’ and their professional responsibility is insured in the insurance company.
• Banks accreditation.
  The company carries on wide cooperation in valuation with the following banks: Sberbank, Akbars, Gazprombank, Ubrr, Uralsib, Bank of Kazan, InvesttorgBank, Promsvyaz Bank and etc.
