April 24-25 in Ufa took place the Volga stage of the forum "Community", which is annually held by the Public Chamber of Russia. The forum discussed issues of social justice and improving the quality of life of Russians. As a result of the forum, the RF OP will collect all proposals and will include them in its annual Report on the state of civil society.
Representatives of non-commercial organizations (NGOs) from virtually all regions of the Volga Federal District, representatives of regional Public Chambers, experts in public control, interaction of the non-profit sector with business, the state, and media came to the forum to attend the forum.
The program of the two-day event consisted of a plenary session and discussion expert sessions. Managing partner of Audex Ayrat Gimadutdinov, as the Chairman of the Commission for Economic Development, the infrastructure of the citizens' life of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, participated in the section "Combating social inequality - the role of the regional economy". His speech was devoted to the corporate responsibility of small businesses.
The Community Forum is an open workplace for a tripartite dialogue between society, business and government to improve the quality of development and implementation of social projects and the development of intersectoral cooperation. The aim of the forums is the Public Chamber of Russia to identify the state of development of civil society and socially oriented practices in the regions, discuss current problems and possible solutions, identify and disseminate the most successful practices.
Forums of civil society activists "Community" are traditionally held by the Public Chamber in all federal districts during the year. The cycle ends with the final forum in Moscow.
